The OECS Trading & Investment Company will act as your Personal liaison to Caribbean patients, before arrival and from the moment of arrival in the US, to ease the cultural and social transition. These services will be provided to our customers:

• Assist with preregistration
• Review patients record prior to arrival
• Provide financial counseling and insurance verification
• Prepare pre-arrival cost estimates
• Arrange appointments with physicians
• Coordinate care among specialists to ensure total communication
• Arrange travel and accommodations from the airport
• Provide useful information about the city
• Provide interpretation and translation services
• Provide for special religious and cultural needs and diets
• Arrange accommodations at the hospital
• Facilitate access to medical records quickly and easily
• Follow up with patient after returning home when needed
